Builds the body's own defense mechanism

Septilin Tablet is recommended for the treatment and management of various infections and to prevent their recurrence. It has anti-infective, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, host response–modulating, and antioxidant properties. It augments the host response, reduces inflammation, and corrects the underlying pathological features associated with recurrent infections. When co-prescribed with antibiotics, Septilin ensures faster recovery and prevents recurrence. Septilin is a valuable adjuvant in infection management.

INGREDIENTS:
Indian Bdellium, Licorice, Tinospora Gulancha

Indications:
- Symptomatic improvement in RT and ENT infections (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis, sinusitis, and otitis media).
--> As an adjuvant to anti-infective therapy.
--> As an adjuvant to resistance to antibiotic therapy.
--> As an adjuvant to anti-infective therapy
--> Dental infections.
--> Ophthalmic infections.

Dosage:
Tablet:
Children: 1 tablet twice daily.
Adults: 2 tablet twice daily.
Or as directed by the physician.

Adverse effects:
Septilin Tablet is not known to have any significant adverse reaction or serious adverse event if taken as per the prescribed dosage.

Contraindications:
Not recommended in pregnancy and lactation.

Indian Bdellium (Guggulu) has anti-inflammatory properties, which soothe sore throat and help reduce inflammation. As an antioxidant, Indian Bdellium helps in maintaining overall health.

Licorice

Licorice (Yashtimadhu) enhances immunostimulation and increases macrophage (white blood cells that ingests antibodies) function in vitro. It is also an antiviral agent and an expectorant, which is beneficial in asthma, acute or chronic bronchitis and chronic cough.

Tinospora Gulancha

Tinospora Gulancha (Guduchi) is a potent antimicrobial that has immunomodulatory properties, which helps in increasing the level of antibodies. This helps in building up the body’s resistance to infections.

Pretty bad.

Didn't like at all. Instead of curing discomfort in my throat, it created an issue where I feel infection like symptom always even after discontinuing Septilin tablets. I will never use it again and will not recommend.

Excellent medicine for bronchitis and chronic tonsillitis. I was suffering from chronic tonsillitis from two months ENT specialist give medicine 4 antibiotics used amox clauv, cefodoxime proxetil, clarithromycine, cephalexin but temporary relief then relapse ENT specialist advised to remove tonsils adv tonsiloctomy but decided to use septiline.
from that day no relapse and complete recovery also allergic sinusitis symptoms also better than before.
Note : gargling with hexidine 2 -3 times a day is necessary
