Speeman has helped extremely to improvise the seminal production and also the stamina but however please note if taken for a prolonged period like I have taken it for more than 3 months simply because I liked the benefit n the result it gives to you but I noticed my creatinine levels increased to more than 1.3 and by allopathy doctor advised to stop taking this pill for about a week and redo the creatinine level test and notice it had come down below 1.3 so there might be adverse affect from this medication so be cautious as I am told there is possibility of lead As one of ingredient in most of these herbal pill which can harm your kidney if taken for long time , would like Himalaya concerned department to take notice of this feedback to do some more research on long term consumption of the pills and be transparent about the possible effects of consumed for long term but the pill gives good result, what do you do ? How to counter or neutralise the side effect ?
