  • Must be a good task master and should possess good Supply chain process knowledge.
  • Ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenges
  • 5-7yrs Hands on Experience in FMCG, MBA in Supply Chain/Operation

Responsbility - Branch Supply Chain

  1. Owning & Driving Demand Forecasting
    1. Work with Branch Head for Demand Forecasting for Branch at ASM/CFA Level
    2. Forecast vs Gap Analytics & required correction
    3. Accountable for ARS Efficiency
  2. CFA Management for the Branch
    1. Pricing, Agreements and Performance, Business reviews – that provide services of warehousing, distribution, receiving and other related services such as repacking, rework
    2. Arrange Warehouse, Goods, Plan routes and process shipments as per agreed norms
    3. PDP Plan & adherence
    4. Implement Digital Tracking of Stocks Levels/ Goods Movement /Delivery status
    5. Ensure adherence of FIFO by CFA
    6. Ensure Intimation of Invoicing /Cancellation to Customers
    7. Ensure day to day Billing Completion
  3. Logistics Management for the Branch
    1. Develop strategies that improve freight costs
    2. Develop and implement contingency plans to address logistics risks
    3. Lead-Time Benchmarking
    4. Identification/Assement/Review of Effective and efficient Transportation mode
    5. Manage Inter-CFA Movement
    6. Transit time visibility to all Stakeholders
  4. Channel Partner/Account Management
    1. Customer Settlement against Reurns / Shortages as per timelines
    2. Damage & Expiry reconcilliation - with Timeline & Two way communication
  5. Maintaining Supply Chain Hygiene
    1. Manage healthy Fill Rate - NMT Accounts / DIstributor
    2. Inventory Management at CFA/Distributor
    3. Track & ensure Stock Freshness/Alert Ageing stock
    4. POP Management at CFA
    5. Interaction / Communication with corresponding Modern Trade Supply Chain Personnel for efficienct Delivery
    6. Regular Visit to Channel Partners/Accounts along with Sales Team
    7. Stock Availability in CFAs as per Promo Calendar
