- Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 days post shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
Once I subscribe to products, will all my future orders be at the same price I subscribed for?
- The Himalaya Drug Company holds all rights to change the price at any time. If a product is shipped before the price change, you will be charged old price. You will be charged the new price on your next order.
Can I change the product after subscribing?
- Yes, you can. Write to us at care@himalayawellness.com for the product you want to switch to and the same will reflect on your next month’s order.
Can I skip a month’s subscription?
- Yes, you can. Login to your account, click on manage subscription and click on Skip Subscription. We will not process the next package; it will be resumed a month later.
How do I ensure payment is auto and I keep getting my order every month?
- You need to connect your credit or debit card for hassle free payments every month.
Can I reschedule my subscription?
- Yes, you can. Login to your account, click on manage subscription and scroll down to the Reschedule button. Choose a date that is convenient for you.
Can I change payment mode after subscription?
- Yes, you can. Login to your account, click on manage subscription and on Update in the Payment Method box. Choose your preferred payment mode.
Can I change my address?
- Yes, you can. Login to your account, click on manage subscription and on Update in the Shipping Address box. Type in your new address.
How can I cancel my subscription?
- Login to your account, click on manage subscription and click on Cancel Subscription.
Once cancelled can I re-subscribe later?
- Don't you worry! You can always re-subscribe whenever you wish. Restart by clicking on the same 'Subscribe and save on every order' button on the product page.
